Fighting Bees Claim Program's Fifth Red Banner at Nfinity NAIA Competitive Dance National Championship

TOPEKA, Kan. –  St. Ambrose (Iowa) garnered the Red Banner for the fifth time in program history at the 10th Annual Nfinity NAIA Competitive Dance National Championship, hosted by Visit Topeka. The event was held at the Stormont Vail Events Center and featured all 12 teams in the preliminary rounds on Friday, followed by the finals rounds on Saturday, the final day of the event. 

The top three teams were separated by less than 0.33 points. 

The Fighting Bees claimed their fifth Red Banner, which is the most in NAIA Dance championship history. They recorded a final score of 93.37, besting their 92.08 from last season, when they finished in second place. 

In their 10th national championship appearance, Midland (Neb.) finished as the runner-ups behind a finals total of 93.10.  The V-Hawks followed close behind and improved upon their fifth-place finish from last season, as they came in third with a 93.05. 
 
Grand View (Iowa) rounded out the team awards, coming in fourth place with a 90.01.
