Adrian Figueroa Hit Season-High .714 for Attacker of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Park (Mo.) outside hitter, Adrian Figueroa, has been named the NAIA Men’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week after delivering a highly efficient offensive performance across two matches. The sophomore powered Park to a pair of wins while producing at a volume and efficiency level that set him apart nationally.

Figueroa totaled 47 kills in just eight sets, averaging 5.88 kills per set, and did it with remarkable precision. He hit .500 for the week, committing only 10 errors on 74 total attacks. His production translated directly to the scoreboard, as he led all attackers with 48.5 total points, averaging 6.1 points per set.

His week opened on March 27 in a straight-set win over UHSP (Mo.), where he posted 15 kills on 21 swings without an error, good for a .714 hitting percentage. He followed that up on March 28 with a five-set victory over Missouri Baptist.

Beyond the kills, Figueroa contributed nine digs and three total blocks over the two contests.
