Extreme Weather Forced Another Schedule Adjustment in Softball World Series Games
COLUMBUS, Ga. - [Bracket | Schedule] More severe weather at South Commons forces another schedule adjustment for game 16 between Southern Oregon and Georgia Gwinnett, which has been suspended in the bottom of the seventh in no outs as the Raiders lead 3-0. Game 16 between the Raiders and Grizzlies will resume at 11 a.m. ET. Game 17 between Eastern Oregon and the winner of SOU and GGC will take place 45 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game.
The championship game featuring Oklahoma City and the winner of game 17 will get underway at South Commons at 3 p.m. ET. The if necessary game, game 19, will be moved to Thursday, May 29th, with a time to be determined at the moment.
