2024 NAIA Women's Soccer Players of the Week - No. 11 (November 5)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Dordt’s (Iowa) Karinna Tel and Spring Arbor’s (Mich.) Reagan Kohler are the NAIA Women’s Soccer Players of the Week, NAIA officials announced today. Tel is the national offensive player of the week, while Kohler earns the defensive award. The duo was selected based on their performances between October 28 through November 3 from a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and X.

NAIA Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Karinna Tel, Dordt (Iowa) - JR - Forward
- Tel scored seven times during a pair of wins last week.
- She netted four goals to lead the Defenders to a 6-5 win over Northwestern (Iowa) in the regular-season finale.
- Tel followed by scoring all three goals in Dordt’s 3-0 win over Doane (Neb.) in the Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament Quarterfinals. She has scored at least three goals in a game six times this season, including three straight games.
- With her goal-scoring blitz, Tel leads the NAIA with 34 goals and is tied for the lead nationally with 76 points.
NAIA Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Reagan Kohler, Spring Arbor (Mich.) - JR - Goalkeeper
- Kohler recorded her eighth shutout of the season, blanking No. 15-ranked Indiana Wesleyan 1-0.
- The win helped the Cougars claim the Crossroads League regular-season title and the tournament’s top seed.
- She posted seven saves while extending her scoreless streak to just over 372 minutes.
- Kohler boasts a 0.82 goals against average this season, and her 13 wins are tied for second most in the NAIA.
