Lauren Entremont of William Carey (Miss.) Tabbed as Offensive Player of the Week after a five goal week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Lauren Entremont of William Carey (Miss.) was an issue for opposing defenses last week, posting a total of five goals with 75% of her total shots on frame over two games. Entremont's big week on the pitch helped the Crusaders add two more wins to the season as she earned NAIA Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week Honors.

In the first game against No. 19 Georgia Gwinnett, Entremont scored all three goals as WCU picked up the shutout victory at home. She then followed up the hat trick performance with two more goals on the road against Abraham Baldwin (Ga.).

Entremont tallied ten total points on five goals for the week. The Crusaders are back in action on Thursday, Sept. 25, against Tennessee Southern at home at Danny Owens Field.
