2025 NAIA Women's Indoor Track Athletes of the Week - No. 6 (February 19)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Briana Campbell of Life (Ga.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, while Fabiana Morales of William Carey (Miss.) has been named the NAIA Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from February 10-16 and were chosen from a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.

Athletes of the Week are announced on Wednesday on naia.org, Instagram, and X throughout the regular season.

NAIA Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week 

Briana Campbell, Life (Ga.) - FR

  • Participated in the Southern States Athletic Conference Indoor Championships
  • Won three events during the meet
  • Won the 60-meter dash (7.37), the 60-meter hurdles (8.19), and the 200-meter dash (24.05)
  • All three events are “A” standard times

 

NAIA Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week

Fabiana Morales, William Carey (Miss.) - FR

  • Participated in the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Indoor Championships
  • Earned the top spot in three events
  • Won the triple jump (12.56m), long jump (5.78m), and an SSAC record-breaking high jump (1.62m)
  • Had “A” standard marks in two events and a “B” standard mark in the high jump
