2024 NAIA Women's Volleyball Players of the Week - No. 9 (October 22)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jada Mitchell of Viterbo (Wis.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week, Kiauna Mack of Eastern Oregon has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week and Josie Deckinger of Kansas Wesleyan has been named the NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week. The trio was selected based on their performances from October 14-20 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and X.

NAIA Women's Volleyball Attacker of the Week
Jada Mitchell, Viterbo (Wis.) – JR – Middle Blocker
- Totaled 47 kills in three matches for the V-Hawks and posted her highest weekly total of 17 kills against Calumet (Ind.)
- The junior did not average below five kills per set in the last three matches, with a weekly average of 5.22 kills per set
- Recorded an attack percentage of 0.529
- Helped her team to a 3-0 week with sweeps over Calumet (Ind.), IU Northwest (Ind.) and Saint Xavier (Ill.)
NAIA Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week
Kiauna Mack, Eastern Oregon – JR – Middle Blocker
- Totaled 18 assisted blocks on the week
- Averaged 2.25 blocks per set
- Tallied her highest blocking total of the week against No. 9 Corban (Ore.) with 10 assisted blocks
- Helped her team to a 2-0 week with wins against Corban and RV Bushnell (Ore.)
NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week
Josie Deckinger, Kansas Wesleyan – SR – Setter
- Recorded a total of 54 assists in last week's match
- Averaged 13.5 assists per set
- Posted a double-double with 54 assists and 19 digs
- Helped her team to upset No. 6 Oklahoma Wesleyan
