McPherson (Kan.) Secures Pool H Victory Over Midland (Neb.)

SIOUX CITY, Iowa [BOX SCORE | SCHEDULE ] - In the 2025 NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship, the McPherson (Kan.) Bulldogs secured a 3-0 (30-28, 25-20, 25-19) Pool H victory against the Midland (Neb.) Warriors. McPherson improved their season record to 33-2, while Midland fell to 19-11.

McPherson’s offensive efforts were spearheaded by Brooke McHale, who contributed 14 kills with a .312 hitting percentage. Enya Fierens also stood out with nine kills and a .471 hitting percentage, alongside strong contributions from Katie Warden and Kaylee Stegora, who had seven kills apiece.

On the defensive end, McPherson's blocking was crucial, with 10 block assists distributed among the players. 


For Midland, Brooklynn Snyder was a standout performer with 13 kills, and Claire Johnson led all defenders with 15 digs in the match. 

With this pool play victory, it makes McPhersons third in program history.

The Bulldogs will have a rest day on Thursday before returning to play on Friday against Cumberlands (Ky.) at 12 p.m. CT on court one. The Warriors return to play Thursday at 1 p.m. CT, taking on Cumberlands on court two.
