2024 NAIA Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week - No. 4 (September 25)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Ellen-Mary Kearney of Milligan (Tenn.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week. Kearney was selected based on their performances from September 16-22 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.

Runners of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and X.

NAIA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week 

Ellen-Mary Kearney, Milligan (Tenn.) - JR

  • Recorded the fastest 6k in the NAIA last weekend
  • Used a late race kick to secure the individual 5k title and the team win
  • Posted an individual time of 17:44 in a field of 50 total runners
