COLUMBUS, Ga. - Severe weather on Friday afternoon forced an adjustment for the remainder of the games on Friday, May 22, and also for Saturday, May 23, at South Commons Complex.
The current game between Cumberlands (Ky.) and British Columbia will resume at 7 p.m. ET at the top of the fifth with Ava Bromley for UBC at the plate as the game is tied at 1-1 with no outs. Game seven between Southeastern (Fla.) and College of Idaho will get underway 45-minutes after the conclusion of Game six tonight.
Game eight between Madonna (Mich.) and Indiana Wesleyan will now be played Saturday, May 23, at 10 a.m. ET. Game nine between Our Lady of the Lake (Texas) and the loser of game seven will play at 12:30 p.m. ET. Then, in the afternoon and evening, we will see Southern Oregon take on the winner of SEU vs. COI in Game 10 at 3 p.m. ET.
The winner between UC and UBC will then take on the loser of game 8 at 5:30 p.m. ET in what is now game 11. Then, under the lights, will be Mobile (Ala.) against the winner between IWU and MU at 8 p.m. ET in what is now considered Game 12
